Collection and treatment of personal data

For the purpose of system security, our website server records at each visit, automatically but temporarily, the link data of the questioning server, the websites you visit, the date of the visit, the recognition data of the browser and operations system used for this purpose as well as the website on which your visit took place. Personal details, such as your name, your address, your phone number or e-mail address, will not be recorded unless they are given by you deliberately for the purpose of an inquiry or an order.

Exploitation and transmission of personal data

The personal data left at our disposal are exclusively used by us for the purpose of technical administration of the websites, and to satisfy your wishes and demands, thus for answering your request or for the accomplishment of a contract concluded between us. Any transmission, sales or other transfer to third parties is excluded, unless it should become necessary for the settlement of the contract or if it is specifically agreed by you. Hence, for example, we could be obliged to pass on your address and order details to our suppliers in connection with incoming orders for products.
